Contact Zoeller
Send the pump type, job condition, timeline and part question. A complete first note helps the support path move faster, especially when a wet basement, a failed ejector pump or a missing service part is already affecting the schedule.
The most useful requests describe the application before the preferred model number. Tell the team whether the pump is working in a residential sump basin, a basement bath ejector, a laundry drain, a utility transfer job or a light commercial mechanical space. Add the discharge route, available voltage, approximate head height, switch condition and any visible valve or alarm issues.
For dealer routing, include the city, ZIP or region where the product is needed and whether the buyer prefers a wholesale counter, authorized dealer or online ordering path. For warranty and manual questions, include the product name, serial note if available, purchase source and the installation condition that triggered the request.

Helpful details include application type, basin size, expected flow, discharge height, voltage, solids handling, alarm requirements and whether the request is a new installation, emergency replacement or planned service kit.
A short but complete message is better than a long generic note. If the pump is being replaced, mention what failed or changed: float movement, noise at the check valve, alarm behavior, corroded hardware, missing documentation or a capacity concern after heavy rain. If the job is new construction or a planned retrofit, note the basin dimensions, access limits, pipe size and any service clearance constraints.
Zoeller support can then respond with a clearer path for product family, accessory selection, dealer handoff or follow-up questions. The goal is to reduce back-and-forth, not to push a one-size-fits-all answer onto a site condition that deserves a careful look.
